Open Calculation
Learn which are the real costs of your fleet
Open Calculation will guarantee full transparency on the costs associated with your company's fleet. With Open Calculation, you will have a complete overview of your fleet concerning how much you pay, as well as LeasePlan management costs. This provides you a unique opportunity to develop a more efficient management, decrease costs, and all savings are credited to your company.
Open calculation means Continuous Cost Reduction
Besides making the fully coverage of the risks associated with a fleet management, LeasePlan is the only company in the market that offers the Open Calculation system to customers seeking benefits from a professional fleet management, but who intend to remain involved in continuous cost reduction during the operation of vehicles. With Open Calculation you will get detailed management information based on a total transparency regarding the costs associated with you fleet management.
How does Open Calculation work?
During the vehicle life cycle, LeasePlan informs its clients not only about the costs the
client is incurring with each vehicle, but also the real costs which LeasePlan is paying for
each of the client’s vehicles. All opportunities to reduce these costs are presented to the
client for a decision. Once the vehicle contracts terminate, LeasePlan presents the client with
a final settlement, where all savings are credited to the client. If the final settlement is
negative, these losses are fully absorbed by LeasePlan.
This means that you will have full control of the risks associated with your fleet management,
ensuring that you will pay only for what you actually use.
Closed Calculation
A system for companies which expect all benefits from a professional fleet management, but
want a low involvement with the day-to-day running of their fleet.
In addition to these products, LeasePlan can create a customize product to meet your specific
company requirements.
